SLI GTX 660 ti reaching 90+'c on BF4

i have a dual SLi Asus GTX660ti cards running BF4 on Ultra settings with decent FPS but noticed the temperatures reading on GPUtweak are reaching 90'c+, is this safe, whats the highest temp before i start burning the card?

They should be fine bellow 100c, but it's not recommended to run them over 80c
