SLI gtx 770 + 8350 stock. PSU enough?

I've got a fractal design tesla r2 650w and want to add a second 770 because i've got a killer deal. Will it be enough?

No. My system will use ~700w(full load) with my 770s. You are also going to need to oc your cpu to stop it from bottlenecking, which means you'll probably end up pulling closer to 750w. You are going to want a good 850w or larger psu.
