Hey Guys!
I am building a god gaming computer, and I had a few questions considering the GeForce 780.

-Is it true that there is no 4 way SLI on the 780?

-Other than price, are there any cons to having 3 or if possible 4 way SLI?

=NOTE=
I am new to building computers so I have no idea about any of this, so thank you for any help you can provide...

=OPTIONAL=
Are there any monitors that are 30'' or under that don't cost a fortune that can display anywhere near the resolution this setup will put out.

Here is the entire setup I have, just in case you need it...

+1 to everything bryonhowley said. The i5 is the way to go.

My suggestion as far as storage is to get two good, smaller SSD's and run them in RAID 0. Get something like two Samsung 840 Pro's (250 GB). You'll get WAY better performance this way...theoretically you should get something like 1000 MB/s read and 800 MB/s write. It is insane what you can get once you go RAID.

Your power supply is WAY too small for what you currently have configured. I would get at a minimum a QUALITY 1000W supply for the system you currently have configured. That goes for even if you get the GTX 770 in SLI. Personally I would get the 1000W supply now, get a single GTX 780, and save your money for later once the price drops on the GTX 780, because even a...
Well other than spending a shit load of money on things you will never need for a gaming computer your build looks OK.

First for a gaming computer you should consider the i5 4670K instead of the i7. Not only is it not needed for a gaming rig the I7 can cause stuttering in some games forcing you to turn off Hyperthreading in the BIOS to solve it. That turns your $339 i7 into a $219 i5 because that is the main thing the i7 has over a i5.

Second for a gaming rig 8gig of ram is more than enough.

Third really consider the GTX 770' instead of the GTX 780's. A GTX 770 SLI would give you more than enough performance at half the cost. There again unless you just like spending money with no real return in performance.

Forth drop your SSD down to a OS size 960gig SSD is just insane for the price. Look for a 128gig-256gig would be more than enough for the OS witch is what a SSD is really for. Spending over $500 just for a SSD is way overboard.

As for going for a 3-way or 4-way SLI is does not really scale as well as 2-way SLI. The sweet spot for SLI and Crossfire is really with 2 GPU's after that they do not scale as well.

Overall the CPU GPU Ram and SSD are all way overkill for a gaming rig. You could bring all those items down to something more reasonable and have more than enough for your 30" monitor if that is what you want as for as a monitor.

edit: Also, I'd suggest getting Windows 7 64-bit. Windows 8 is new, wonky, and a bit risky now. I have heard about game compatibility issues with Windows 8.

Well I am not just using this computer for gaming, I wanted it to not need upgrades for as long as possible as well as preform well in Music/Video editing and other Art things....
