SLI Help and upgrading

Solution
Looks good so far. Maybe you should go for a little but more capable PSU.
Im running sli 780tis too on an older ASUS mobo with a 2600k @ 4.2 GHz and dont have any issues so no probleme here with your hardware
My PSU is the Corsair AX860. Went for 860 because 780tis are pretty power hungry.

Your PC supports SLI, no need to replace anything. Your PSU might run near 80% load though, not the best efficiency wise, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a good 850+watts PSU.
Make sure your case has enough room and a good airflow and you are good to go.
