Just picked up a second MSI Lightning GTX 680 today and installed it into my system and its just being a brick right now. Device manager recognizes that its installed and so does GPU-z, Nivida control panel, but it's not doing anything in the game or testing. I can't seem to get it to run SLI. Nivida Control Panel won't give me the option to turn on or off SLI, just PhysX settings.

I have tried to re-install drivers, try different PCI slots, different SLI cables, etc. And nothing! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

try removing the drivers with driver sweeper in safe mode and install only 1 card. Then install the drivers again. Shutdown and install the second card and let windows install the drivers on the second card. There should be a bubble at the bottom right when windows loads telling you that you can enable sli.
Sometimes windows doesnt like 2 cards when you install drivers.
