SLI no longer working right after installing custom loop

today i upgraded and added my first EK water loop, everything is great. but before i was in SLI with the 2 gpus and they ran fine, now im getting stuttering while trying to play any games, i searched for a answer for 3 hours found nothing.
specs as follows:
corsair 570x
I7-6700k
PNY 1080 ti FE
Asus 1080ti FE in sli
32 GB DDR4 patriot viper (16x2)
256 adata m.2
3tb hitachi @7200rm
transcend 456gb SSD
EKWB 240G x2(for the gpu coverage and 2nd rad)
Thermaltake - Toughpower DPS G RGB 850W 80+ Gold

well since you got a water cooling loop the fps will be higher because of temps there so the fps is to high for the monitor

cant be the monitor, i benchmarked a few games yesterday and noticed a spike in the FPS, some games i was getting over 200fps in 4k but now it looks like 6 fps? lol
