SLI on P55 Micro mobo

Hello,
I recently upgraded my GTS450 to a GTX560 Ti on my EVGA P55 Motherboard.

I wish to know if I'll encounter issues of heat if I buy a second GTX560Ti on that motherboard because the 2 cards will be together without a slot between them.

The rest of the components can handle SLI easily.

I'm only concerned about the heat on the upper card.

What can I do to improve the airflow?

Do you have a side fan on your case? I put a side fan in my Anyec 300 case and it lowered my SLI GTX 460's by 10C.
