I am getting a new computer. And I don't know what is better. To buy a cheap GPU that can be SLI in the future when I get get dome money. Or to change the GPU. And can I SLI a different GPUs?

Solution
SLI is rarely supported well on newer titles, so I'd suggest a single, stronger GPU - however you can achieve that.

On modern cards, SLI is only available on >GTX 1060's (so 1070, 1080 or 1080TI's)

You cannot "SLI" different GPUs. They must have the same Graphics chip (so 1070 et).
You can use Explicit Multi Adapter within DX12 to utilize the GPU horsepower of differing cards - but support is seriously lacking (only utilized by Ashes of the Singularity AFAIK).

What;s your budget? And what have you purchased already? (if anything).

SLI almost never works out as intended as far as upgrading goes.
1. If you don't have the money soon after the build, the next gen GPU's will be a much better value
2. If you will have the money soon, then holding out a bit for the better GPU is the better option

Personally the only time I can recommend SLI/Crossfire is when your buying 2 of the top of line GPU's, basically getting you performance you could't have any other way.

From personal experience, I can say that SLI and crossfire are kinda a pain. They are cool and you system looks cool, but it always seems like I was having to fool with them to get the SLI/crossfire working right in games...

I think it's fun, especially if you have an older card and want to pick up a match cheap on ebay to extend you system's life a little bit longer. But a single card tends to be much easier and give you a better performance verses the hassle of two cards...
