H270 chipset doesn't support SLI. Z-series chipset is required for that.
And even more - not all Z-series motherboards support SLI. You have to read specification of the motherboard.

You need to verify which Prime H270 motherboard you're referring to, but the two I found (Pro and Plus) only support AMD Crossfire.

That being the case, then it's as I (and others) have stated. That motherboard only supports AMD Crossfire. It does not support SLI, which requires both PCI-Ex16 lanes to run at least x8/x8.
