Hello All,

This may already be asked. i have an Asus Strix ACX 2.0 and a EVGA GTX 970 SSC.
They are both GTX 970. First, I have an SLI bridge and it's not showing up. Second, It appears that the EVGA is running faster than the ASUS.

How can I get these to SLI or do I just have incompatible cards.

I bought the EVGA used from some guy on CL and have a brand new 1070 GTX but I need to wait to purchase the 1070. Any help would be great.

Just to be sure, because based on this answer I'm not sure you got it right. The fact they are two different brands isn't the problem, its the fact your motherboard doesn't support SLI. If your slots are 16x and 4x SLI will not work. 8x/8x or 16x/16x (on broadwell) are the only ones that work.
Well that seems to answer it. I took it out of my other pc and even the power supply didn't seem to have enough juice. Ok. I will get another of the same type and sell this one. Thank you.
