Sli problems lowers fps

A long time back, i've noticed that my sli is not doing anything at all. Even worse, i get more FPS with a single card then with SLI in GTA5. I tried both cards 2 months ago, they worked both fine. I don't know what this is. I googled a bit for nvidia settings, newest drivers etc. I can't find the problem. I would be so happy if i can get the MAX fps out of my both cards.

When i use Single GPU, i get 30 fps more in gta 5 with same settings?
