Would I be able to run duel evga gtx 960's and an Intel i7 4790k CPU on a 1000 watt PSU? I don't plan to OC nothong. All factory set

Yes, 1000w is more power than you would ever need with that setup.

1000 Watts is more than you'd need. I'm not sure anybody makes a 1000W supply that doesn't have connectors for 2 way SLI, but it's good to make sure you have enough of the proper PCI-e PSU connectors.

You would only need a good quality 650w PSU for that setup - even with overclocking.
