Solution
FOr a 370 and your CPU I'd look for a good 450 maybe 500 PSU, drives...maybe a 240 SSD for the OS and apps then add a conventional HD for extra storage - do you have a budget for these?
Scalable Link Interface (SLI) is utilizing two same model NVidia graphic cards in conjunction with each other to increase the performance in applications that can take advantage of such a set up. It has absolutely nothing to do with your computer's memory.

It's a gimmick. I'd say one of the cheesiest gimmicks that was ever made.

That RAM will work just like RAM, but the SLI badges are for the "wow/bling" factor. Kinda similar to how nascar's have "headlights" on the cars themselves but their just stickers.

OCZ had SLI DDR2 back around 2007, it was designed for OCing, back then DRAM came with basically just standard JEDEC timings, they took it a few steps further and added additional profiles to the SPD to accomodate higher FSBs, dividers/multipliers, etc to make adjusting the DRAM easier, as when you OCed the FSB you also OCed the DRAM, it was rather innovative at the time and primarily aimed at the (then) gamers choice of mobos, the 680 chipset geared towards SLI

No not at all, the OCZ SLI sticks go way back as mentioned, SLI was just sort of a different name as they were aimed at the OC/SLI crowd back then building the heavy duty gaming rigs on the 680 chipst (775 socket). They were/are good sticks, I used a number of them on the Asus Striker mobos (and others, I had a Q6600 back then running at 4GHz on a XFX mobo with a pair off GTX 8800s, sweet build at the time 😉
