SLI - Top card typically 10c higher temp

Hi all, I have 2 gtx 1070 armors in an sli configuration. I do know the shortcomings of sli but I have been very happy with the performance. I run 2 monitors one is 4k, the other 1080p. Both cards idle around 52-55c, however under full load the top card gets to about 78c, and the bottom card 68-70c. Is this normal?

still normal AFAIK keep it under 85 and its still fine

Heat rises. And with virtually no room, it collects too. Its normal.

It is totally normal. I have been running SLI or CF since the beginning. Especially when the top card is flush with another add-in card/GPU below it, it runs hotter.
