SLI two graphics cards

Solution
Ah the nVidia GT 640, the card that nobody wanted. Cannot SLI, cannot play games and is outclassed by even the on-chip GPU of the AMD A8 and A10 series APUs. Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe that card. Forget trying to SLI it and get something decent like a Radeon HD 7770.

Im starting to notice everything your saying has been amd..When recommending gpus give gpus from both amd and nvidia so people can have options instead of being limited to one gpu

You're correct, but that's not because I'm a fanboy. It's because whenever I'm looking through NCIX, NewEgg, TigerDirect, etc. it is incredibly obvious that the Radeon cards are a much better value. I have a hard time recommending something that I think is overpriced. What really makes me laugh is the fact that someone actually thought that the lowly GT 640 could use 4GB of RAM when it can't even use 512MB. I mean, 4GB of RAM? That's more than my HD 7970s, they only have 3 each! LOL
