Sli with ACX coolers?

When building my pc I never thought I wanted to SLI, but I recently picked up the Lg 34um95 and my single 780ti is working like a champ but I would like to max the settings, so I picked up another one and is on the way. My question is, is it smart to sli with the EVGA Acx cooler? will I suffocate the top card? also, at the 3440x1440 restitution my single card right now gets around 78-82c when playing games like crysis or dayz, how could I lower the temps? thanks.

As long as you have decent airflow across the cards, you should be absolutely fine. To lower the temps, maybe use better thermal paste and work on your airflow?
