SLI with dual M.2's in RAID?

So I'm about to start ordering parts soon for a new build, and I'm not too privy to PCI lanes and what not, and haven't really come across this specific scenario i want to do in a google search, but first off, i know my build is overkill, i want it overkill. Second, my priority is optimal SLI over the raid.

Onto the meat and potatoes. What i want, is a Z270 board with two 1080TIs and I'd like two Samsung 960 EVOs in RAID 0. I'd prefer the SLI in x8/x8 minimum as far as lanes go, but don't know if it's possible with 2 M.2s stealing lane bandwidth. If i have to, I'll settle for just 1 M.2. Does anyone know if that's possible?

If you're making that build anything other than a 6850k/x99 build is an affront that shouldn't be committed
