SLI with gtx 1080 and ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 AMP

and do you think I can possibly fit a zotac gtx 1080 amp edition in there, eventhough there might not be enough space?

All GTX 1080 SLI with each other, regardless of whatever name they have.
You need the High Bandwidth Bridge, but the size depends on where you put it in your motherboard.
