Yeah I just read that 2 gf6600 gt's consume over 130W of power!!!! that's a
huge amount, seeing as my pc is on for most of the day, I think I will wait
for ATI to make some SLI cards.

Yes, I'm running the SLI (msi 6600gts) with the ASUS motherboard right now,
and it's great. It's faster than 1 6800GT, by a fair margin. My highest
3dmark05 score is 7300 so far. Using an athlon 64 (3000) chip, overclocked
to 2400 mhz. Make sure you update the bios on the asus board. I bought
better cooling for the cards since they are so close together, the 1 card
doesn't get alot of air. I would recommend cutting a hole in the side of
your case and installing a fan that directly blows onto your video cards.
They generate ALOT of heat.
