I have a few questions about SLI(Scalable Link Interface)

When will SLI be readily available?

Will SLI actually enhance performance enough to justify the price of two cards?

And is it worth waiting to upgrade to SLI?

Thanks in advance.

i dont know who would ever do that because of the price involved.

I thought I read about Alienware building a PCI-E box with two GF6800's at E3. In PC Gamer IIRC. They said it was fast. 😎

You wont see SLI untill PCI-E boards come out in quantity.

Even then... do you have the money to buy dual 6800's?

I can spend the money if I know it's worth it, that's why i'm asking questions about it to see it it's going to be worth it

early information I have read indicates a 50% - 70% increase in framerates.
