The best that I have seen in locked containers are armor attachments and the
occasional skill tape or DH17 carbines which if they actually had decent
specs would be worth repairing and slicing to sell/give to newer players.
If you are in a guild and have any aspiring smugglers you could save them so
they can get the slicing experience. If you are not in a guild or there are
no smugglers that can use the experience keep your eyes open for someone
offering to slice containers.
