Slight but noticeable fps drops

I get random fps drops from 60fps to 59 58 or sometimes 56 in games like fortnite and gta 5 I play with v sync on and my specs are-
I5 8400
Gtx 1050ti single fan
Msi b360m pro vd micro atx MB
8gb ram ddr4 2666mhz
I tried lowering the settings but no luck

As I see that gtx is single fan. Can you monitor it's temperatures and tell me the results?
