Hello
So, I am unsure if this is related or not, but the pins you use to power up the PC, and other pins for the front I/O bits, the connectors are very fiddley and I don't think they are sat right. So, do they make a solid "extension" so I can plug the wires in with easy of access then use the whole connector to install. If not, is there away I can attach them together in the correct orientation so everything works as it should, like glue or tape...
So, what is this related too? well my PC does not make a sound, I haven't had a PC for some 10is years (maybe more like 15, I can't remember), and I know all of my PC's and my favourite Mac's all had a beep of some sort when you turn the device on. I was talking about it the other day, and it has made me thing, maybe I should get that working on my PC, as I believe (not sure if still happening) that the tone of the beeps or amount of them when booting up a PC/Mac you get a quick diagnosis or warning regarding a possible issue with the device.
So, would this be something I have just simply not installed correctly, does it require a sound card or something (I think they just help with surround sound, etc... not internal beeps). I also don't know if this is something I have to setup for the PC to use my TV speakers, if that's the case, okay, I will look into things more, nut when googling things I always find people want to do the opposite to what I am after.
I have had this setup for some 3 years now, a slight upgrade on a couple of bits but nothing drastic (adding fans) adding modifications is my latest updates, so its not a big deal if there isn't much to do.
