Slight static in my right headphone

My system specs:

I7-6700K
EVGA 980GTX TI
Asus Maximus RoG hero VIII
EVGA supernova G2 800W
16GB DRR4 RAM
Windows 10
Headphones: Sennheiser HD518

For some reason only when I launce a game I get a slight permanent static on my left headphone, i also get a static before writing down my password when i turn on my PC
It stops when I tab out as well, and have no clue where it's coming from.

Appearently it could be coil whine that is affecting my headphones? any thoughts on this?
