No. If the cpu fits (if it installs flush in the socket with no pressure) then I would leave it alone. You could do more harm messing with it.

If its not giving u any problem, don't try to fix it.

Its not as bad.

If it gives you any problems , you can carefully straighten the pin with a pair of small tweezers, be really careful and gentle not to bend the surrounding pins, but like the other guys say , if the cpu seats itself properly and there are no problems , leave it be.
