recently ive noticed words like these on Toms hardware and youtube comments have a slight blurriness or they dont seem as sharp as they used to. I believe this is my graphics card just aging but i want to confirm it with everyone here. my monitor is newer than my graphics card and i doubt its that but i have the Asus 1440p 144hz gsync monitor. my graphics card is an EVGA 780 ti SC ACX.

lately ive been hearing a bit of a chugging coming from my card when its running intense games. its almost 5 years old now. is there maybe something i can easily test to see if its definitely my gpu or monitor, i really dont wanna replace my monitor since it was expensive and still only like 1 1/2 years old.

I would check with another monitor/TV and check my monitor settings, I've noticed with some monitors that some settings blur text/images (the one I'm using for example, if I choose gaming/sports options, I'd see a lot of blur). Also, if you have another GPU, swap it out with your 780Ti, or if you can, use the integrated graphics on your MOBO (if you have any)

What CPU do you have? (If you don't know, you can find out by opening 'Device Manager' and clicking 'Processors') If your CPU has integrated graphics, you can just test it with that, a simple swap from your GPU to MOBO.

ive had windows 10 for almost a year now. its only just happened. im starting to believe it is my current monitor. i have only had this monitor for just a little over a year. hopefully newegg will let me return this under warranty.

Im also thinking it might be the DP cable. Im going to get another cable to test (plus always nice to have a spare cable around the house). im hoping this fixes it cause i trust asus to make a good monitor, and EVGA to make a good gpu, but not so much the cable lol.
