Question Slightly different ram sticks

Run down: I purchased more ram and didn't realize it was slightly different models...

I currently have:
Kingston HX424C15FBK2/16 in my pc.
I purchased:
Kingston HX424C15FB3K2/16

Also I cant find if the new model of ram will fit my motherboard: MSI Z370 Gaming m5

I was hoping i could use both to have 32gb of ram... I feel like a dumb dumb please help if you can, I can provide links to the parts if need be....

Your original ram is Dual rank where what you bought is single rank, They may not play well together. you may want to run memtest86 overnight even if it boots ok https://www.memtest86.com/technical.htm
