Your debug file points to a problem with your Easy Anti Cheat files.
so how to bring my fps back to normal? This doesnt only effect apex but also other games such as Forza Horizon 4. But games that doesn't use GPU much like Valorant, the fps is normal. I tried to update NVIDIA driver and intel HD driver but it doesnt do anything

You may want to use an app like cpu-z DOWNLOADING CPU-Z_2.01-EN.EXE | CPUID to check your memory to make sure all your memory sticks are running correctly-timings-speed-etc. I would also check your virtual memory and see if the computer is controlling it and what settings it is using. Go to Settings, Advanced systems, System properties, Advanced tab, Settings. Is it possible for you to post your Nvidia control panel 3d settings? Also make sure under PhysX setting the gpu is selected for use in the control panel.

I have never touched these settings before except for NVIDIA 3D Settings. Today i tried to reinstall the EasyAntiCheat but it doesnt help, Im curious of what causing my FPS to go down. Is this a hardware problem or a software problem?

I would change page file and virtual memory setting to minimum 1905 mb and the maximum is at 12288 for 8gb ram. In 3d settings I would try turning off low latency mode. Unless you are pushing hundreds of fps over your refresh rate it is just lowering your fps.
I changed both settings, still no changes to my fps

Give this a try:
  • Right-click Apex in Steam library (DO THIS WITH THE PROBLEM GAMES)
  • Choose “Manage” then “Browse local files”
  • In the new window, go to /Binaries/Win64/EasyAntiCheat
  • Click on “EasyAntiCheat_Setup” and select “Repair”
  • Restart pc after "Repairing" all the problem games.
