I'm looking for a small form factor ITX case similar to the dimensions found in the Slim HRPC/Desktop SilverStone range (30cm x 10cm x 40cm). The problem is some cases either support a 13" GPU or a mATX PSU up to 14cm. My target is to recycle my current mATX PSU (15cm depth) and GTX 680. I have a horizontal PCI-E extension for the GPU is neccessary (width doesn't bother me as such).

Can anyone recomment other manufacturers that may fulfill these requirements? The closest matches I found were in the SilverStone Milo Series (ML4 and ML7) - http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=503&area=en and http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=395&area=en.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Afraid that you're going to have to go for a larger form factor, tbh on PCPartpicker there aren't any micro ATX cases that support mATX PSUs, since not many people really make them.
It really goes ATX or SFX at this point in time.
What is the name of the unit?
Hey thanks for your reply. I had a look at that before, meets most of my requirements - The GPU is okay as most SilverStone ITX cases support the 680s dimensions. The main issue is the PSU - My PSU is fairly new and a half-decent SFX costs an arm and a leg :'(

If the cases really don't support mATX PSU I'll either have to go a form factor up or look around for custom ones. I'd really like to avoid this though. Is SilverStone the go to ITX case manufacturer?

It is a Corsair CX600M. To be honest I found the Fractal Nano 202 in the black friday sales for £50 and couldn't resist. There were also some budget SFX 450W PSUs on Overclockers which I'll keep an ear on for coil whine.

Thanks for the help - You made me change the search for an SFX. I'll keep the mATX psu as a back-up supply.
