Slimtype sata error

hello guys, ihave a problem with my samsung laptop,when i turn my PC on there is an error named:
"slimtype dvd a ds8a8sh"
and i can't even find drivers when i want to install a new windows.please help me it includes all my college projects

Remove the DVD drive, see if it boots normally after that. Also need some details about the issue, does the system load Windows fine but just has the error or is the error before Windows even starts? What is the model of the laptop? Did you contact Samsung if it's in warranty?
