I'm gonna to buy the sliverstone Fan Hub for 5 Cosair ML120 fans. I want to know if all the ports have 4 pins so I can use PWM (I don't really understand what PWM is so if someone could tell me what that is, that would be great). I also want to know if I could control all the fans sperately or do they all connect to one fan. And also what do the Hub connect to? Molex? Or Motherboard fan header? And lastly does it give a consent 12v since ML120 requires 12v consent to perform the best it can.

Thanks in advance!

This article should explain it.

In short, PWM = Pulse Width Modulation. The power is always on for the delivery side but a pulse is created to vary the speed of the receiving end to introduce variances in the fan's RPM.

Are these the fans you're looking at buying? While this being the fan hub you're interested in buying? If so then the PWM fan hub is compatible with the fans you're looking to buy. Just be mindful of plugging the fan hub to a PWM fan header and having all the ML fans on that hub.

Might I ask what your motherboard's make and model is?
