Slow 2nd HDD why?

Hey gang,
why is my 2nd hdd so god daym slow and bad

my rig

UserBenchmarks: Game 100%, Desk 79%, Work 60%
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K - 109.1%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 105.3%
HDD: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB - 94.1%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 72.6%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 102.5%
MBD: Asus STRIX Z270E GAMING

Looks normal for a 7200 RPM drive.

you realize your 2nd HDD is a fully mechanical HDD and not a hybrid drive like you first one?

yeah i know its a bad drive in general and needs upgrading but my issue is with it proforming below the average.

Make sure that absolutely nothing is using that HDD under normal operation (like Windows services) and re-run the test.

It is within normal speeds to be expected for a 7200 RPM drive.
