Storage controllers: Microsoft Storage Spaces Controller - Driver Version 10.0.17763.404

My SSD has 165 of free of 208

RANDOM READ (QD32): 70,068 IOPS
RANDOM WRITE (QD32): 63,964 IOPS

Are you booted off this SSD? That will impact your benchmark.
Also, Laptops typically do not have the performance that desktops have. Their chipset is not as powerful.
