slow af IdeaPad s145 i7
i was excited to get it for 100 eurobucks because it had a 10th gen i7 8gb ram and quite nice design not to mention fhd
dude talked about having replaced ssd with regular hd and said i should get a cheap ssd for it
it seemed to work normal, but now whenever i power it on... theres this crazy slowness...
im talking windows vista with dual core cpu level 2007 slowness...
you wait 40 secs for the chrome window to get maximized
then wait 50 secs for letter t to show up on the address bar after you typed it
just crazy 40 seconds waits until u get a response...
and now it seems to work normally....
what could be causing it? benchmarks are good, alls above avg, only the gpu was inconsistent in those tests, sometimes excellent sometimes terrible...
i was not really listening, i assume he said he dropped and thats how the ssd broke, so, a lot of other things could have broken too...
lets face it, this is worth 100 even if i sell it for parts. still would want to find out what i can do...
as im writing this thread here, laptop seems to perform normally again...
