Slow alt-tabbing issue

So when I first got this PC it was amazing. I had no issue with tabbing back in, now, it takes 10-15 seconds depending on the game to tab back in.

Ive also noticed photoshop freezes every 30 seconds and it never used to do tihis.

I need to fix this issue because photoshop and games are a huge part of my life and work.

Can you please pass on your full systems specs inclusive of your connected peripherals? Have you made sure your BIOS alongside device drivers(namely chipset and GPU) are up to date? Prior to uninstalling and reinstalling any device drivers, it's advised to disable automatic device driver updates.

If the issue is compounding with every mandatory update pushed via Microsoft, you'd fair a better time performing a repair install on your system.
