Hi guys! I have a problem. My pc is now 2 yrs old and about 1-2 months ago it started booting slow. When I press power button, asrock logo shows up and it stays here forever(30sec-1minute) and then boots into Windows . When it boots, it is as fast as it should be. When I go to task manager, it says that last bios time is 30+ seconds. And when I go into UEFI to change some settings like case fan speed, i have like 2 fps in bios(takes 0.5 to 1 second to show on screen that I moved a mouse) and is bassicaly unusable. I would really appreciate any help.
My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 8400
GPU: inno3d gtx 1070 x2 v3
RAM: DDR4 2x8 Corsair Vengeance lpx 2666mhz CL16
Mobo:Asrock h370 pro4(bios version p1. 00, thinking of upgrading it)
SSD: Kingston A400 120GB(OS here)
HDD:Western digital WD10EZEX 1TB
PSU: Corsair CX750M CX-M 750W
OS: Windows 10 pro

Is it safe to reset BIOS? It wont happen anything bad? Sorry i dont know much about that. And I think my CPU temp is fine 30-40c idle and below 70c while load/stress. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
Yep its totally safe to Reset your Bios VIA the Jumper method. :benetton:
After the reset just go make sure that your Windows Hardrive is set as 1st Boot device and make sure quick Boot is enabled...then you will have a quicker boot

Well n other thing you can try is....Disconnect any other (internal and external Hardrives)but only Leave your Windows Hardrive connected.
If your Bios still boots slowly with only your Windows drive connected....i would then say update your Bios to the latest bios frimware.:benetton:
If that doesnt work....i would say take it to your nearest IT repair shop.

You could also just run with the bare minimums.
Leave 1 RAM module, unplug all your storage drives and run with the i5 8400 integrated graphics instead of your GTX 1070.

Before doing it, try resetting your BIOS 1 more time... you can also reset it by pulling out the CR2032 BIOS battery(it's the small rounded one) for 10-15 minutes. Put it back in afterwards.
The battery looks like this:

I tried with these bare minimums i dont remember if all these at once but i tried w/out graphics card and via one ram. Even w/out those header leds, sound and w/out case fans. And bout the battery.. Isnt the same via jumper or battery? And i waited 2 mins when i pulled jumper. Can this make difference? And myb this is important: when i go in the bios its laggy at start but after few minutes its working fine so it seems that it needs time to my bios to start working. And to me it seems that bios shouldnt be laggy, only slow booting if one of my component is starting to die.

After a lot of research it seems like i finally solved the problem. I disabled USB Legacy in UEFI and now POST lasts for a few seconds but now i cant use any keyboard or mouse connected to USB before it loads to WIndows/Linux but it works with PS/2 keyboard. Thanks everyone for attemtping to help me.
