Question Slow boot and taskbar crash (Hardware)

Hello , recently my pc boots slow and when i enter my desktop taskbar crashes and i need to end process it then it fixes .
Also my pc suddenly power offs when im playing games (DOTA2) after 15 minutes . and it wont turn on untill i unplug mobo from PSU or PSU power cable . PC works completely fine when im in desktop or surfing internet . this problems happen when i playing games.
i changed my operation system and problem still remains , i guess its hardware problem but i dont know which part of my pc is failing .

Gpu : Msi rx 5700 xt
Cpu : ryzen 5 3600 x
Mobo :asus tuf b450 pro gaming
Ram : 2x 8gb 3200 mhz teamgroup delta
Psu :cooler master 650 w gold
2x 3.5 hdd 1 tb
1x m.2 256gb ssd
Also i was working with two ssd until this weak but now when i connect my second ssd to mobo pc doesnt boot . I press start button fans spinning then pc power off(after showing motherboard page ).
But without second ssd pc boots but have crash issue(power off ) in games.
