Slow boot on an SSD

Hi guys. First post here. I'm running into a bit of a slightly inconvenient problem with my PC booting up. I have a transcend SSD installed and before it usually boots no more than 20 seconds. But lately, the boot time has been increasing to 40+ seconds. I've been searching for some time now for a solution, but it seems to no avail. Tried monitoring the boot logs and events, though I can't really pinpoint the cause. Also tried disabling the services and even uninstalled the antivirus, but it still goes from 30 - 40 seconds somehow.

Another note is that after performing a chkdsk, it boots the usual time. but after a second boot, it goes back to being 30 - 40 seconds.

TL;DR : Windows 7 boots slow even on an SSD. Please help 🙁

Specs:

Transcend 120gig SSD
300 gig WD hard drive

Make sure in boot priority your ssd is first. Also ms configuration or glary utilities to find out exactly what's causing the slow boot up as glary list the exact amount of time each little thing takes to boot up and gives you the option to disable them

Thank you for the speedy reply. I've disabled everything on my boot priority except the hard drive actually. Even went as far as to disable all the uneeded services. I'll try the utilities you suggested and get back to you after that. Thank you.

The SSD is new. Barely 25 gigabytes used. I'll see how the Glary utilities do. Thank you, Sir! I'll just bump this later after I'm done.
