slow boot problem

I have just built my new Gaming PC last week and everything went well but I started to notice that the boot was too slow.
It takes 21 seconds to boot and 4 year old laptop takes 8!
Can you pls help me?

Specs:
AMD ryzen 3 1200
Crucial BX300 120GB SSD
WD BLUE 1TB HDD
CORSAIR vengeance 3000mhz
asus rog strix 1050ti oc
corsair cx550m power supply

Turn on fastboot. the laptop is probably using quickboot.
