just upgraded from i7 7700 to r9 3900x, noticing a slower boot time off the shelf with clean install of windows. 20 seconds compare to 5 seconds before. The screen will remain black, keyboard no power for 10 seconds after i press the power button, fans spinning tho. Also the keyboard & mouse seem to be turned on twice during startup.
have tried delay usb devices, enabling fast boot, disable xmp profile, no significant improvements, only 1 second or 2.
Also the bios seems missing a lot of features, any thoughts?
