I have quite slow boot times for an NVMe SSD in my opinion. I'm using a Samsung 970 EVO 1 TB where I have my OS - Windows 10. I also have a Toshiba DT01ACA100 1 TB HDD.

Other specs:
  • MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (non-AF)
  • RAM: 4x4 GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT
  • GPU: Sapphire NITRO+ RX 580 8 GB
Since I saw some people recommend a BIOS update to boost the boot up times, I was wondering if the system would still work normally, after I would update it to 7C02v3A (currently the latest non-beta BIOS for my motherboard - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX). Could I keep using my motherboard with my current CPU after this BIOS update? Does updating the BIOS even make sense for faster boot up times?

Basically, my main problem is: slow boot up times
How do I fix this: I don't know :'(

Thank you for any information.
