So basically I am having this issue for a long time but I am ignoring it for no reason. What I am facing is windows loading screen takes 5-4 min some times longer some times 30 sec but mostly it takes lots of time so I decided to stop this issue but tried every thing I know.

What I have tried.
  • Disable unnecessary services.
  • Reinstall all drivers.
  • Fresh start windows.
  • Unplug all hard drives except the SSD.
  • Buy a new ram.
  • Update windows.
  • Turn off startup software's.

Try enabling the boot log, so you can see what processes may be hanging up. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-boot-log-windows-10
Thank you for helping,

I found many of processes that doesn't load but how to resolve them..

with out safe mode
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\NDProxy.sys

with safe mode

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @oem61.inf,%devicedescription%;TAP Adapter OAS NDIS 6.0
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @kdnic.inf,%kdnic.devicedesc%;Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter

many of them keeps repeating..

From what I have read the issue of the failure to either load dxgkrnl.sys, or mutible attempts to load dxgkrnl.sys after it has been loaded. This system file works with your graphics card. I would try a clean reinstall of your graphics card https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/

If that does not help, review this link. While it does not have a fix per se, it does address your issue. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Noteb...shutdown-dxgkrnl-sys-BOOTLOG-NOT/td-p/5859491
