slow boot win 10 after overclock

Hi everyone, i currently overclocked my AMD RYZEN 1600 from 3.2ghz ( up to 3,6 ) maximum with amd ryzen master utility my motherboard is ab 350 gaming 3 , after restart my computer keep reset , so i shutdown my psu and turn it on again but when i,m press button , so i get a slow startup in win 10 about 20 sec . before i oc it just 10 sec , i tried to reset cmos , bios , reset win but won't work , anyone can help me ? thanks Very much , so when i press on my led ram color timing is delay

amd ryzen 5 1600

Try to un-install the Ryzen master utility.
If you want to overclock you should do it the proper way, in the BIOS.

Thanks you , but i have remoVe the ryzen master but still not working
