Question slow booting problem

When ever i start my pc it stays on this screen for at least 17-20 minutes (sometimes even longer) . Please help how can i make it to boot fast with 1-2 minutes.

my pc specs
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G( disable the VEGA 8 onboard graphics)
Asus Ex 320 Gaming motherboard
Gskill RAM 8GB(1 X 8)
Corsair VS 550
Zotac Geforce GTX 1050Ti
BIOS is latest.

Your HDD has got an abnormally high temperature as well as a ton of read and seek errors, which explains why it takes the PC 20 mins (or so) to power up. You also have a ton of "HARDWARE ECC RECOVERED".

Your HDD is failing. Backup your Data with software such as Acronis True Image and replace with another HDD or even better, SSD.

More than 50% of HDD's according to Google fail without ever registering any warning on SMART attributes.
