[SOLVED] slow computer

Hi

recently my computer started to get slower and slower even when doing simple tasks like browsing, these the things i have tried:
deleting junk files
running "sfc /scannow" command
Defragment my hard disk
clearing my motherboard CMOS
turning off power saving
checking my cpu and gpu temps
scanning my pc for viruses.
but none of these made it better
here is my specs:
core i3 3220
gigabyte h61ma-dv2
4.00 gb 1333 mhz ddr3 ram(1x4)
geforce gt630 2 gb
465 gb western digital HDD

The best way to solve that problem would be to reinstall the whole pc as there could be so many causes for slowness
Also your pc is quite weak and old, if possible try to add more ram, that should help it a bit

I am currently picking new pc parts and build a new one because literally it's slow.
