Question slow connection speed on my PC

I have a MEG Z390 ACE MB and currently the connection speeds are a bit slow compared to my laptop and mobile.
When I connect to my MB speeds are not that fast and when I use the same cable speeds almost double.
I have tried to format the system and changed the LAN cable and same result with LAN and WIFI.
I even uninstalled the Killer software app and same result.
Can some one pls help?

We're going to need more information. Please check and follow up this thread with your current BIOS version for your motherboard, the version of your OS and the make and model of your router(if that's what you're paired to your desktop).
