I need some insight on this.
Lately my pc has been slow, from booting up, to loading software and stuff.
I've been looking up the internet and found that either the hdd, the cables, motherboard, or psu problem.
Things i've tried :
  • Swapping the sata cable, with 3 different cables, doesnt change much ?
  • use chkdsk and some disk checking software, no problem shown.
  • tried psu on another cpu, working just fine.
  • haven't test the mobo, but i think nothing is faulty physically (checked the capacitor and stuff).

Other than slowing down, i notice some of these symptomps too :
  • In task manager, disk usage most of the time jump to 100% with inconsistent speed(?). Like it's showing 100% usage with 1,8 MB/s, sometimes it 3,8 MB/s, sometimes it 8 MB/s, but it always hit 100%.
  • Some BSOD.
  • Windows mostly checking the driver upon restart/turned off

Maybe the cpu spec is needed so :
  • OS is MS10 64 bit
  • Processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
  • 16 GB ddr3(i think?) ram
  • GTX 1060 6gb
  • 650w Psu
  • 2tb HDD

kinda annoying, since the load time sluggish and bsod attack makes it even worse.
and oh, i'm not usually play that super realistic games or whatnot, most that i play is total war games, oxygen not included, and jrpg, so i dont think these are that demanding...

thank you beforehand

Try to change the RAM or CPU, they may no longer be relevant, they also have a lot to do. Moreover, I see that you have few cores, the computer can not process a lot of information.
