Slow Down Over Time

Solution
1. Pay attention to CPU usage. Certain version of Adobe Flash is been known to run up your cpu load for no reason.

2. Pay attention to Ram usage. I see you have lots of open chrome pages. As you run out of ram, swapfile takes over and this will cause a major slowdown. You know this if your HD LED is blinking mad.
Hey atuolink,

Computers naturally get slower over time. As you do your work, bits of information are being scattered around the hard drive. This makes it hard for the computer to do normal tasks and find all of your scattered information too! An easy fix is to use a safe utility like CCleaner (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download). It's free and will remove temporary files and junk that will help speed up your computer. Another great tip is to defragment your drive. If you have a Hard Drive (NOT a SSD), go to start, then search "Disk Defragmenter". This will find those bits of information that have scattered across your hard drive and bring them together again, effectively speeding up your computer. Another possible issue is that your hard drive is dying. To test this, use CrystalDiskInfo (http://crystalmark.info/redirect.php?product=CrystalDiskInfoInstaller-en). This will see if your hard drive is working properly. If the results page comes up with anything other than "Okay", then it's worth backing up all your data and investing in a new drive.

Best of luck!

I tried this and nothing seems to have changed my hard drive is good. I defragged my disk and I cleaned up many a things with CC cleaner yet it still says my ram usage is 95% right now and it doesn't add up.

Oh, well how much ram do you have? 4GB is the bare minimum these days, 8GB+ is ideal. Anything under 4GB and no wonder your computer is running slow.

I have 8gb of ram, I have no idea whats wrong, it sometimes even blue screens on bootup

wow, I guess something you installed is causing the slowdown. I would expect really great performance from your setup, so I recommend uninstalling any programs you may have recently installed or invest in an SSD to speed everything waaaaay up.
