But when i download something in Steam/Origin/Google Chrome/etc im getting maximum 600kb/s (0.6mb/s) speed
Im using wired connection to my pc! Ethernet

You're not converting between the speed ratings.
Internet connections are rated in bits per second. They follow standard SI/metric unit rules, so 1 Gigabit (Gb) = 1,000 Megabits (Mb) = 1,000,000 kilobits (kb) = 1,000,000,000 bits (b).
File downloads & data transfer speeds
as shown onscreen by the operating system are rated in terms of
bytes. 1 byte (B) = 8 bits (b). However, because computer systems are binary in nature rather then decimal, they are structured such that 1 Gigabyte/Gibibyte (GB/GiB) = 1,024 Megabytes/Mebibytes (MB/MiB) = 1,048,576 kilobytes/kibibytes (kB/kiB) = 1,073,741,824 bytes (B).
So...when your PC's download speeds are hitting a maximum of 600k
B/s, that means it's downloading (600 x 1024) = 614,400 bytes/sec, or (614,400 x 8) = 4,915,200 bits/sec, which converts to a
connection speed of 4.9152Mb/s. That's roughly 89% of the maximum speed possible for your ISP's connection, so you're not going to get much better than that.
