Question Slow Download Speed .

Hi i'm new into this so this is my question/problem please help me if you can .

I built my own pc 8 months ago (i dunno if this is a factor). i built this mostly for gaming so i downloaded csgo and nothing else everything was fine but when ever i download something in any broswer i got 20-80 kbps speed when i have 10Mbps connection. I thought maybe its my ISP but when io patch and download csgo and other games on steam i got constant 400Kbps+
Please help I run windows 10 and using windows defender as AV

downloading what? from where? on the broswer?

If you are via WiFi is expected that if you had 10Mbps. Ethernet cable i would try this:

i mean literally everything but youtube/streaming/ is fine i can play 720-1080 p perfectly fine but when i download stuff this thing happens i thought maybe traffic in the site where i download but every time even pictures in google
